A few things that will always go together at Oskar Blues Fooderies: Craft Beer, Fresh Ingredients, Live Music and our Family & Friends. These core values are what we’ve rooted our brand in ever since founder, Dale Katechis, opened the doors to the very first Oskar Blues restaurant in Lyons, Colorado in 1997.
From our very own Oskar Blues Brewery to our rotating seasonal, local, and global taps. We live and breathe craft beer. Went here today with work colleagues for the first time. Love the decor, a bright spot in homeless Denver. Food was amazing I had this spicy chicken sandwich and my colleagues had the salmon salad and smoked chicken wings and the Oskar Blues beers was refreshing I had the mama pilsner. Great service and we all loved our lunch. Will be back.
Walking by, we heard live music coming from the bar area and it was so captivating and inviting that we had to stop in. The duo playing music was Many Mountains, and so we ordered only a couple of soda waters and rested our weary traveler's bones to watch.
I discovered this place through serendipity upon my first visit to Denver. Incredible music, service, and I had the best sandwich and fries of my life. I will definitely be back. Waiter was incredibly kind and got my doggy a big bowl of doggy H20 brew.
Came here for opening night at the B-Side. It's a new music venue downstairs beneath the brewery. My friend from work is the front man for a band called The Study Abroad, who was their first act. The sound, lighting, and atmosphere overall were great.
